Absolut Foundry was a small collective foundry, based in Bandung, Indonesia. It was built to provide designers a well made typefaces resource from type designer’s Gugum Gumpita Rahayu.
The main focus is exploring and producing display typefaces based on a harmonious mixture between the past era as well as today’s. The Foundry is creating type design based on authentic taste focusing on bold, geometric, and subtle forms. Our main goal is is expanding the culture, heritage and memories to be seen and felt in the different views.
