The name of the font means “pure, clean.” The Halis Grotesque Font Family has the new Turkish Lira Sign as well as an alternative ampersand created by Prof. Halis Biçer, renowned in Turkey for his expertise in typography, calligraphy, and graphic design. That’s why this font’s name is inscribed with a dedication to the venerable Halis Biçer. The spaces between characters are wide enough to be legible even at very small sizes.
